Data deletion

Request deletion by email

1. Request deletion without signing in

Email info@axiom-solutions.eu with the subject ‘Gegevensverwijdering Axiom’. No login is required. You may also act for another individual if you are authorised to do so.

Include your name and contact address, the Axiom app or product used and the relevant connected account or company. An account name or business account number can help locate the correct data. Describe what you want deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents. We request only proportionate additional verification if necessary.

These public instructions work by email; this page is not connected to an automatic deletion callback or online case-status service.

2. Disconnect Google and Meta

Google: open your Google account > Third-party connections using the link below, select the relevant Axiom app or connection and remove access.

Meta/Facebook: open Settings > Apps and websites or Business integrations, select the relevant Axiom app or connection and remove it. Menu labels may vary by account.

Disconnecting stops future access under that authorisation. It does not automatically erase copies, conversations, snapshots or reports already stored by Axiom. Request deletion of those separately by email. You can also ask us to review other Axiom connections and stored data.

3. What can be deleted?

We review data under Axiom's responsibility and relevant stored app/connection data, including reports, snapshots and agent conversations, and delete or restrict it where the request applies. If we act as a processor for your organisation or another customer, we help forward the request to the controller and follow lawful instructions.

Deletion at Axiom does not independently erase data in the original Google, Meta, Microsoft, accounting or other source account. That source and provider manage their own records and request procedures. Revoking access and deleting stored copies are separate actions.

Some data must remain for legal records, necessary settlement or establishing and defending rights. We explain exceptions and limit use to that purpose. A minimal suppression record may be needed to block direct marketing. Deletion at providers and in backups may take time; remaining backups are protected, excluded from ordinary service use and removed through regular replacement. We do not promise immediate automatic deletion of all copies.

4. Timing, confirmation and rights

We respond within 1 month of receipt. Complex or multiple requests may take up to 2 additional months; we notify you of the extension and reason within the first month. We explain what was deleted, restricted, forwarded or retained under an exception.

You can also request access, correction, restriction or portability where applicable, withdraw consent and object. You can always object to direct marketing. You may complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Our central privacy policy provides further information about processing.
