Terms of service

Last updated:

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms of service are issued by Axiom Solutions B.V., Voltastraat 6, 1446 VC Purmerend, the Netherlands (“Axiom”). You can reach us at info@axiom-solutions.eu or +31 85 130 83 55.

These terms apply to the Axiom website, Axiom Growth Hub, our software and AI agents and the services Axiom actually provides, including Conservo, Entity One, Vastivo, AI Marketeer, CHIQ Event Suite, RentSuite, Aevora (Funeralhub) and other projects to which Axiom declares these terms applicable. These terms govern only the relationship between Axiom and its customer or authorised user. They do not replace a customer business's own terms with its customers or end users.

Our services are intended for business use by persons authorised to act on behalf of their organisation.

2. Applicability and formation of contract

These terms apply to an agreement insofar as they were made available before or when it was concluded and were declared applicable or agreed. Merely visiting the website does not create a paid agreement and does not change any existing arrangements.

In case of conflict, a written quotation, order confirmation, purchase confirmation or specific product terms take precedence over this general text. Arrangements on processing personal data are set out in our privacy policy and, where applicable, in a data processing agreement. Mandatory law always continues to apply.

3. Services and scope

The specific content, package, delivery, licence, support and any service levels are set out in the agreed offer. Functionality may differ per product and package.

Axiom performs the service with professional care. Specifically agreed performance and result obligations continue to apply. We do not guarantee any particular return, number of leads, legal or financial outcome, or approval by Google, Meta or any other platform. Guarantees expressly agreed in writing continue to apply.

4. Accounts and your responsibilities

You provide accurate information and use an account only if you are authorised to do so on behalf of your organisation. You manage the roles and permissions of your own users, keep login details confidential and secure your own devices and accounts.

If you suspect misuse or unauthorised access, report it as soon as possible to info@axiom-solutions.eu. You do not use other people's accounts or data without valid authorisation.

5. Acceptable use

When using our services, you may not:

  • distribute unlawful or misleading content, send spam or commit fraud;
  • infringe the rights of others, privacy or the rules of connected platforms;
  • gain unauthorised access to systems or data, circumvent security or disrupt the service;
  • use the service beyond the reasonable technical limits of the agreed service.

6. Google, Meta, Microsoft and other integrations

You only connect accounts you are authorised to use, and only for an enabled feature. OAuth consent grants technical access for the described service. It is not general permission to increase budgets or change campaigns or data.

Automated actions stay within the agreed assignment, the granted permissions and the configured approvals. Where approval is required, it remains required.

You can revoke access at any time; this may limit features. How we handle data already stored is explained in our privacy policy and on the data deletion page.

Use of a platform is also subject to that platform's own terms. Axiom is an independent provider and not a product or representative of Google, Meta or Microsoft. Changes, limits or outages of platform APIs may affect integrations. For Google integrations we follow, among others, the Google terms below.

7. AI output and human oversight

AI features support your work, but AI can make mistakes. Review relevant output before basing business, financial, legal or other significant decisions on it.

AI agents act within the agreed assignment, granted permissions and approval settings. Existing authorisations and controls continue to apply. Axiom remains responsible for setting up and performing the service with care.

8. Fees, payment and advertising budget

Price, VAT, payment terms, duration, renewal, any trial period and notice period follow from the chosen and accepted quotation or order confirmation.

Axiom's fee is separate from advertising costs at Google, Meta or other external costs. External costs are only incurred within the authorised assignment. A free trial does not automatically become paid under these terms; the specific accepted trial or subscription terms prevail.

9. Intellectual property and right of use

You retain the rights to the data and content you provide. You only permit Axiom to use them to perform the service.

Software and materials of Axiom and of third parties remain with their rights holders; you use them within the agreed licence. Rights to custom work, transfer and export follow the written arrangements. Statutory rights and third-party rights are respected.

10. Privacy, confidentiality and security

How we process personal data, and whether we act as controller or processor for each service, is described in our privacy policy. Where needed we conclude a data processing agreement. You can submit a deletion request via the data deletion page.

Both parties protect the other's confidential information. Axiom takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure data and access.

11. Availability, support and suspension

Maintenance, incidents or platform outages may affect availability. Report problems to info@axiom-solutions.eu or +31 85 130 83 55.

In case of specific misuse, a security risk or a material breach, Axiom may restrict or suspend the service proportionately and to the extent necessary. Where reasonable we inform you first and give you an opportunity to remedy; urgent security risks may require immediate action.

12. Term, termination and data

Duration and termination follow from the specific agreement. You can terminate or make a request by email to info@axiom-solutions.eu or via an available feature in the product. Revoking access to an integration does not automatically cancel a subscription. Statutory termination rights continue to apply.

On termination, settlement and export are handled according to the agreed options and your privacy rights.

13. Liability and force majeure

Liability is governed by the agreement and applicable law. Axiom remains liable for attributable failure in accordance with the law and the agreement. Lawfully agreed limitations do not apply where mandatory law prohibits them.

Both parties limit damage as far as reasonably possible. Circumstances beyond a party's reasonable control are assessed under the applicable force majeure rules.

14. Changes, disputes and contact

The version date is shown at the top of this page. We announce material changes in good time. Changes do not apply retroactively and do not automatically amend an ongoing agreement by publication on the website.

Dutch law applies to these terms, to the extent permitted. In a dispute we first consult via the contact details above. Thereafter the competent court under the statutory rules has jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where relevant.

The Dutch and English versions have the same content. In case of difference, the agreed contract language prevails.
